The features for each models are as follows :

The Dakota ST standard features : 3.7-liter V6 engine mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission riding on 16-inch styled steel wheels. Inside: AM/FM/MP3 stereo with single-disc CD player and auxiliary input jack, fold-in rear seats (on Crew Cab), cloth seats with Stain Repel, tilt steering, advanced multistage driver and front-passenger air bags, black instrument-panel bezel, full-floor console, and air conditioning. Mechanical advantages include front disc/rear drum brakes with rear-wheel ABS and, on four-wheel-drive models, electronic part-time 4WD system with 4LOCK, 4LOW, and Neutral. Manual 5″x7″ exterior mirrors, fixed rear window, body-color painted front fascia with integrated fog lamps, body-color rear bumper, and chrome grille with black honeycomb insert.

The Big Horn, — known in Texas as Lone Star — features all the standard equipment of the ST, but adds P265/65R17 BSW on-/off -road tires, accent color grille, black headlamp bezels, 3.92 axle ratio, remote keyless entry, speed control, power windows, locks, and mirrors, rear cargo lamp, fl oor mats, Crate ’n Go® (on Crew Cab), 17-inch cast aluminum wheels and tailgate badges.

The TRX4 only available on Dakota Crew Cab 4×4 models. TRX4 shares the same grille, headlamp and fascia as the Big Horn, but adds black bodyside molding and black fender fl ares. Standard 4.7L V8 engine mated to a 5-speed automatic, part-time shift-on-the-fly transfer case, 4×4 Skid Plate Group (which includes front suspension, transfer case, and fuel tank skid plates), antispin rear differential, rugged P265/70R16 outlined white-letter trail tires on 16-inch cast aluminum wheels, front tow hooks. TRX4-specific power cloth bucket seats, standard SIRIUS® Satellite Digital Radio with one-year subscription included, leather-wrapped steering wheel, overhead console with temperature, compass, and trip computer, driver-side sun visor with mirror, premium instrument cluster with tachometer, rear dome lamp with on/off switch, and security alarms.

In Laramie, you’ll fi nd all the standard equipment of Big Horn and TRX4 (4.7L V8 is optional), plus automatic headlamps, chrome rear bumper and front chrome grille with matching billets, chrome bodyside molding, and silver-painted 18-inch aluminum wheels. Standard features on Laramie are bolstered by heated leather-trimmed bucket seats, remote start and the Alpine® six-speaker system with a 276-watt amplifier.
