This printer is awesome. I am a distributor and have to service the products I broker, myself. I have only had to change the fuser oil every 17k to 20k,. Not only does she do a great job of handling odd paper but she does it with a smile. I was able to fit multiple users from a net work onto the 3800c, who have very different cpu’s. the “Smart Monitor” software is so open source, that several other older copiers and printers were able to come online. In other words the 3800c software granted a gateway to the server. I now have 1,350,000 pages in 13 months and not one major parts replacement (user’s review).

I have a Ricoh MFP 2228C. I changed the fuser oil assembly and I now get an error that the assebly is not properly set. Do you have a manual for this machine–the technician manual? I have the user manual.
