Subaru Outback 2010 Review

The fourth generation Subaru Outback was introduced at the 2009 New York Auto Show on April 9, 15 years after the original Outback was also introduced at the New York Auto Show. According to the Subaru website in Japan, the Legacy is due to be introduced in Japan May 20 2009. The ground clearance increases to 8.7 in (220 mm), and is the second Subaru vehicle with a CVT, the first being the Subaru Justy (1987-1994). The double sized moonroof is no longer being offered, and has been reduced to a conventional size that doesn’t extend over the rear seats. The turbocharged engine is also no longer offered for North American markets. According to a press release from Subaru that was posted by Autoblog, the USA-spec Outback pricing is set to begin at USD $22,995, and the press release also disclosed the trim levels and engine platforms used
